Not to long ago I found an old picture of myself and my mouth dropped. I was thin and lean. Well, that picture had alot to do with my research into weight loss. To make a long story short, I decided that my actual scale weight was not important. What was important to me was to remove the excess body fat from my body.

Another significant factor was how I looked and my health. I’d rather weigh 200 lbs and have a six pack stomach and look lean, healthy and muscular instead of weighing 175lbs and look soft and flabby. It would be nice to have a size 32 waist again. So I decided to lose body fat instead of losing weight. After alot of research I was able to drop a total of 11 lbs. of body fat. This has taken alot of hard work, sacrifices, and most of all consistency. So how does the GBG 10 in 1 liquid multivitamin come into play?

The last few lbs. of of fat just wouldn’t come off. I was eating 6 small meals a day consisting of a lean protein and a complex or fibrous carbohydrate, had a consistent cardio and weight resistance training program drinking plenty of water, etc. I was having my body fat tested once a week and weighing myself once a week as well.

Eating the 6 balance meals a day for men, feeds your metabolism and your body to keep you out of starvation mode. To get the few remaining lbs. of body fat to melt off, was going to require a boost of intensity in my exercise routine. But I was spent.

My body is proving to me that GBG is a definite liquid elixir of youth and vitality. I’ve been taking vitamins consistently going on 11 years now. I can only remember getting really sick only one time during that time frame.

It’s rare for me to feel the bodily symptoms of sickness like the cold or the flu. So last week I think I actually caught the flu. Everyone around me got sick. I really like the 10 in 1 and the MA+ together. I’ve found that when I stir the MA+ a little bit more, it dissolves a little bit better in the 10 in 1. Today I had one of those days where the phone didn’t stop ringing and the emails kept coming. I wanted to wait a full month before I did a product review of the GBG 10 in 1 liquid vitamin and MA+ combo I’ve been taking for a month now. My reasoning was that a month should be a sufficient enough amount of time to gauge how I felt.

I started January 2nd 2008 with 2 capfuls of GBG 10 in 1 liquid vitamin and 1 scoop of MA+ in a small cup and mixed the combination together. I really couldn’t sip this combo as the MA+ did not dissolve in the liquid vitamin, so I needed to drink it like a shot. Another method, was to take 1 capful of 10 in 1 and then mix the MA+ in some nonfat yogurt. This is my favorite and it goes great with yogurt. I like to do a capful of GBG in the morning and sometimes in the late afternoon. I take a scoop of MA+ in the morning and at night after my workouts.

The results? I didn’t notice anything until DAY 6 when I woke up and went to scratch my face and noticed the my skin felt alot softer. When I went to look at myself in the mirror I noticed that I didn’t have the morning “bags” under my eyes that I usually have first thing in the morning. I feel great all the time and I think this is the time of the year when people get sick, so I’m going to maybe take 3 scoops a day of MA+ just to make sure.

I think the cats out of the bag with my GBG business in terms of keeping it away from my family and friends. The short version is a I ran into an old friend that I haven’t seen in years. When he saw me, his mouth dropped. He said that I still looked 19 years old and in great shape. The thing that stuck out the most was this comment, “What are you on man? You’ve got a look of passion in your eyes, you’re glowing positive energy, what are you doing?” Little does he know….(-:<

Since internet marketing is an extremely fast way to create massive leverage and spillover in the GBG forced matrix pay plan, there’s no need to go to your friends and family if you don’t want to. But when you have a high quality nutritional product that produces results that people can actually see, it’s easy when they ask you what you’re doing. My approach has been to strictly market GBG on the internet, but when people that you know and see everyday start to see what the product is doing to you, that’s been the best approach for me. If I would have said anything to my friends and family about GBG before I had achieved any product results and monetary success, they would’ve shot me down in flames. So I have a friend who is now interested and my family is curious. I’m interested to see how this will turn out.

Lately, I’ve been waking up and just jumping out of bed sprinting to my home office to turn on my computer to see how many leads I gathered when I was asleep. That’s one of the coolest things about internet marketing in general. While I sleep, my website is hard at work for me 24/7/365. Today was the first time ever in my GBG business that I had people sign up automatically without ever calling me or sending me an email. They just join. I always follow up with people and I think that is the most important thing to do. Let people know that if they have any questions problems or issues, come to me because I’ll take care of it. I’m a strong leader and when people join me, it drives me even more to work harder and harder to produce massive spillover with this unique regenerating matrix. It excites the new rep and it gives me another pay point. Spillover is good, but pay points are great! Speaking of pay points, when I first got started with GBG it really took me awhile to actually absorb the pay plan.

Back in early October, when my internet marketing mentor sent me an email about GBG, I watched the compensation plan video and thought I got it. I really got it the first time that I logged into my free GBG back office website and saw a ME#1 in my matrix view. After you have sponsored 2 people, something magical happens from this point on. This is the copyrighted portion of GBG’s compensation plan. As soon as you sponsor your third rep, take a look at your matrix. Your going to see YOURSELF right above your new rep. So what that means is you have a second 2×10 forced matrix. It just keeps on going and going. You can have as many matrix’s as you want. I love getting phone calls from a brand new person asking me, “Hey, I see you put yourself under me, thanks!” LOL. No problem. GBG is only is the United States and is just scratching the surface. Global expansion is going to start sometime in 2008 and I hope Australia is first because I have an Aussie down there who can’t wait to get started with GBG.

So as 2008 is fast approaching us, I am already hearing new years resolution from my friends. It’s usually the same thing. “I wanna get back into shape and make more money.” I usually just smile and chuckle at them because by the 3rd week in January, they’ll all be back to their normal routines. I don’t fault them though, we’re all just creatures of habit.

I don’t bring up the fact that I am actively working a network marketing business to my family and friends because there is no need to. My voice broadcasting autoresponder makes a phone call to them for me as soon as they enter my GBG website. My autoresponder email follows up. People will just sign up or call me to usually ask me how I’m doing with the GBG 10-in-one product and business opportunity.

I don’t have to do any selling. I just plug qualified people into the system so that they can have the information that they need to make an informed decision to join GBG or not to join GBG.
